iNK001

iNK001 is an off-the-shelf, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by Cell Inspire Biotechnology. As a wild-type iPSC-NK product, it consists of NK cells derived from a master iPSC line without additional genetic modifications. The therapy is designed to leverage the innate cytotoxic capabilities of NK cells to target and eliminate cancer or diseased cells. By utilizing an iPSC-based platform, iNK001 aims to provide a standardized, scalable, and cost-effective alternative to primary NK cell therapies, which often face challenges related to donor variability and limited expansion capacity. It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various cancers and other diseases where innate immune responses can be therapeutically beneficial.
