Overview

iNK010 is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Developed by Cell Inspire Biotechnology, it specifically targets G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D), a protein highly expressed on malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma. To enhance therapeutic efficacy, the cells are engineered to secrete Interleukin-15 (IL-15), which promotes the persistence, proliferation, and antitumor activity of the NK cells within the tumor microenvironment. iNK010 is currently in preclinical development, with studies focused on in vivo PK/PD validation and investigator-initiated trials (IIT).
