Overview

iNK011 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-engineered induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Cell Inspire Biotechnology. It is designed to target Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) expressing solid tumors. The cells are further engineered to secrete Interleukin-15 (IL-15), a cytokine that promotes the survival, proliferation, and persistence of NK cells within the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing anti-tumor efficacy. iNK011 is currently in preclinical development, with studies focusing on in vivo PK/PD validation and investigator-initiated trials (IIT).
