Overview

iNK014 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Cell Inspire Biotechnology. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary HIP01 hypoimmune engineering platform to modify the iPSC-derived NK cells, aiming to reduce host immune rejection and enhance the persistence and efficacy of the cells upon administration. By creating off-the-shelf hypoimmune NK cells, iNK014 is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional cell therapies, such as the need for patient-specific HLA matching and the risk of rapid clearance by the recipient's immune system. It is currently in preclinical development for undisclosed indications, likely within oncology or autoimmune sectors where NK cell activity is therapeutic.
