Overview

iNK015 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Cell Inspire Biotechnology. It is engineered using the company's HIP01 hypoimmune platform, which is designed to reduce host immune rejection and improve the persistence of the cells in an allogeneic setting. The therapy is further modified to express CD16 (FCGR3A) to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) when used in combination with monoclonal antibodies, and to secrete interleukin-15 (IL-15) to support the survival and proliferation of the NK cells without the need for exogenous cytokine administration. iNK015 is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various cancers.
