Overview

INKmune is a clinical-grade, replication-incompetent human tumor cell line therapy designed to prime a patient's own natural killer (NK) cells. By conjugating to resting NK cells, it delivers multiple essential priming signals that convert these cells into tumor-killing memory-like NK (mlNK) cells. This process enhances the patient’s innate immune response against cancer by increasing the number and function of activated NK cells capable of targeting and destroying various types of tumors, including those resistant to normal NK-mediated lysis. The therapy does not require pre-medication, conditioning, or cytokine support and is administered via simple intravenous infusion in an outpatient setting. INKmune is considered "tumor agnostic," with potential applications across a range of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors such as leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, renal cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma—and is currently being studied in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Developed by INmune Bio Inc., it represents an innovative approach within immunotherapy by leveraging the body’s innate immune system[1][2][5][6][7][8].
