Overview

INM-088 is a cannabinol (CBN)-based drug candidate developed by InMed Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of glaucoma. It is formulated using EyeCRO's MiDROPS® ocular delivery technology, which is designed to enhance the topical administration of cannabinoids to the eye, addressing challenges such as solubility and sustained effect. The therapy aims to reduce intraocular pressure and provide neuroprotection in patients with glaucoma. InMed Pharmaceuticals is advancing INM-088 into IND-enabling toxicology studies.
