Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INN-03 is a small-molecule, broad-spectrum kinase inhibitor developed by Innox Pharma. It is specifically designed to target Class III receptor tyrosine kinases, with potent activity against Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) and its internal tandem duplication (ITD) mutation. FLT3/ITD mutations are prevalent in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and are associated with high relapse rates and poor clinical outcomes. By inhibiting these kinases, INN-03 disrupts critical signaling pathways that drive the uncontrolled proliferation and survival of malignant cells. The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development, with potential therapeutic applications in hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
