INN-108

INN-108 is an investigational oral combination drug developed by Innovate Biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis (UC) and potentially pediatric UC using an azo-bonded pro-drug approach for targeted delivery to the gastrointestinal tract. It combines active ingredients aimed at improving efficacy over standard mesalamine/5-ASA treatments alone, with preliminary data suggesting enhanced therapeutic potential for inflammatory bowel diseases. The drug was entering Phase 2 development as of around 2018, also indicated for a GI orphan disease.[10][11][12][13]
