Overview

INN-14 is a small-molecule kinase inhibitor currently under development by Innox Pharma. It is designed to target Class III receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), with specific activity against FMS tyrosine kinase, also known as Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor (CSF1R). Class III RTKs, which also include FLT3, KIT, and PDGFR, play critical roles in regulating cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. By inhibiting FMS/CSF1R signaling, INN-14 aims to modulate biological processes often dysregulated in malignancies and inflammatory conditions, such as the recruitment and polarization of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). The compound is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
