INND-201 is a preclinical-stage immunotherapy being developed by InnDura Therapeutics for the treatment of multiple myeloma. It utilizes a CD7-targeted lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery system to transport mRNA encoding the EVE16 immune receptor into immune effector cells. The EVE16 receptor is constructed on a CD16A framework and is designed to redirect these effector cells to target and eliminate B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-expressing myeloma cells. This approach aims to provide a potent, off-the-shelf alternative to traditional CAR-T therapies by leveraging endogenous immune cells.
