INND-301 is a preclinical-stage immunotherapy being developed by InnDura Therapeutics for the treatment of EGFR-expressing solid tumors. The therapeutic utilizes a CD7-targeted lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery system to transport mRNA encoding the EVE16 immune receptor directly to immune effector cells. The EVE16 receptor is engineered based on the CD16A (FcγRIIIA) framework and is designed to redirect these immune cells to recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). This approach aims to provide a targeted, off-the-shelf mRNA-based solution for solid malignancies by harnessing the body's own immune effector cells.
