Inno 8 is an investigational, VHH-based Factor VIIIa mimetic designed to replace or mimic Factor VIII activity for the treatment of haemophilia A. It is described as a novel single-domain antibody recombinant protein with ultrahigh potency, being developed for once-daily oral administration, with both single-ascending-dose and multiple-ascending-dose evaluations in Phase 1 healthy volunteer studies intended to support development in haemophilia A patients.[5][3][1]
