Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Innopea Forte is a marketed dietary supplement developed by INNventa Pharm, formulated to support the nervous and immune systems and alleviate acute pain associated with tension-type headaches. It contains a patented, highly bioavailable formulation of palmitoylethanolamide (Levagen®+) combined with B-group vitamins, including thiamine (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). Palmitoylethanolamide acts as an endogenous lipid mediator that primarily targets the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α) and G-protein coupled receptors (such as GPR55 and GPR119) to exert anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and neuroprotective effects. The addition of B vitamins synergistically supports normal neurological and psychological functions while reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
