Innosolid

**Innosolid** is a prescription, semi-solid enteral nutrition formulation developed by EN Otsuka Pharmaceutical for nutritional support in patients who cannot maintain adequate oral intake, including patients receiving gastrostomy tube feeding. Originally developed under the code **EN-P09**, it provides balanced macronutrients, vitamins, trace elements, L-carnitine, and inulin; its formulation was designed so that approximately 900 kcal can substantially meet recommended daily vitamin and trace-element intakes for patients with relatively low maintenance-energy requirements. It is administered into the stomach through a gastrostomy tube and was approved in Japan as Innosolid Combination Semi-solid for Enteral Use.
