Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INO-3605 is a DNA vaccine developed by Inovio Pharmaceuticals. It is comprised of plasmids encoding influenza hemagglutinin proteins, specifically H1 and H5. The vaccine is designed to be administered intradermally, followed by in vivo electroporation using the CELLECTRA®-3P device, to enhance the delivery of the plasmids into cells and stimulate an immune response. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for its safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity as a potential vaccine against influenza.
