**INO-5412** is an investigational, single-vial plasmid DNA cancer immunotherapy developed by INOVIO for glioblastoma. It combines **INO-5401**, which encodes the tumor-associated antigens human telomerase reverse transcriptase, prostate-specific membrane antigen, and Wilms tumor protein, with **INO-9012**, a plasmid encoding interleukin-12 as a T-cell immune activator. It is administered by intramuscular injection followed by electroporation and is being evaluated in the Phase 2 INSIGhT adaptive platform trial in combination with the separately administered PD-1/CTLA-4 bispecific antibody cadonilimab.
