Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a multi-agent combination regimen consisting of five drugs: **Inotuzumab ozogamicin** is an antibody-drug conjugate composed of a humanized anti-CD22 monoclonal antibody linked to calicheamicin, a cytotoxic agent. It targets CD22-expressing B-cells and delivers the cytotoxic payload directly to malignant cells[2][3][4]. **Rituximab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B lymphocytes, leading to cell lysis via immune-mediated mechanisms. **Cyclophosphamide** is an alkylating agent that crosslinks DNA and inhibits cell division. **Vincristine** is an antimitotic compound that disrupts microtubule formation during mitosis[6]. **Prednisone** is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. The combination has been studied primarily for relapsed or refractory CD22+ B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), showing high response rates but significant hematologic toxicity[1]. Inotuzumab ozogamicin alone or with chemotherapy regimens has also been approved for relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)[3][4].
