Overview

InQu Bone Graft Extender and Substitute is a biosynthetic bone graft material composed of PLGA (poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)) and hyaluronic acid. It is often used in combination with BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) in orthopedic procedures, particularly spinal fusion surgeries. InQu provides a biopolymer scaffold with a tailored resorption profile and a cell-friendly microenvironment. Studies have shown fusion rates of up to 94% with InQu, outperforming traditional synthetics. It partners with the body's natural healing process to form bone in a shorter period without inciting a negative immune response. Isto Biologics manufactures InQu, and its use is often paired with their BMAC harvesting and concentration systems like CellPoint and Magellan.
