Overview

**INR102** is an investigational lutetium-177 ([177Lu])-labeled radiopharmaceutical agent targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). The drug consists of a targeted ligand that binds specifically to PSMA-positive cancer cells, commonly found in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The attached radioactive isotope, lutetium-177, emits beta radiation upon decay, damaging the DNA of targeted cancer cells and resulting in cell death. It is intended for patients with mCRPC who have progressed after androgen receptor pathway inhibitors and paclitaxel chemotherapy. INR102 is classified as an innovative chemical class 1 radiotherapeutic agent[1][3][5].
