INR203 is a Nectin-4-targeted radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent labeled with Gallium-68 ([68Ga]Ga-INR203). It is designed for use in positron emission tomography (PET/CT) imaging to visualize and quantify the expression of Nectin-4 (Poliovirus receptor-related protein 4) in vivo. Nectin-4 is a cell surface adhesion molecule that is significantly overexpressed in various solid tumors, including urothelial carcinoma and breast cancer, while having limited expression in normal tissues. Developed by researchers at The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, INR203 serves as a potential companion diagnostic to identify patients likely to respond to Nectin-4-targeted therapies, such as antibody-drug conjugates (e.g., enfortumab vedotin), and to monitor treatment response through non-invasive molecular imaging.
