Overview

INS1148 is a Phase 2-ready monoclonal antibody acquired by Insmed in December 2025. It targets a specific isoform of Stem Cell Factor 248 (SCF248) and is designed to inhibit the inflammatory cascade downstream of c-Kit signaling while preserving homeostatic pathways.
