Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INT-004 (also known as Pan-BITAP) is a peptide-based cancer vaccine being developed by IMMUNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is built upon the company's proprietary **BITAP** (Bispecific Immunotherapy Activating Peptides) platform. The vaccine is designed to present a combination of **tumor-specific antigens (TSA)** and **tumor-associated antigens (TAA)** to the patient's immune system. By targeting these specific markers, INT-004 aims to elicit a potent, tumor-directed T-cell immune response capable of recognizing and eliminating pancreatic cancer cells while minimizing damage to healthy tissue. The drug is currently in early-stage clinical development.
