Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INT-210 is an investigational recombinant humanized interleukin-2 (IL-2) mutein-Fc fusion protein developed by Innostellar Biotherapeutics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. It is engineered to selectively activate and expand regulatory T cells (Tregs) by favoring binding to the high-affinity trimeric IL-2 receptor complex (CD25/CD122/CD132). By promoting Treg-mediated immune tolerance while minimizing the activation of pro-inflammatory effector T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, INT-210 aims to restore immune homeostasis in patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical development in China following IND approval.
