Intact Fish Skin Graft (IFSG) is a biologic wound care product developed by Kerecis Limited. It is derived from the minimally processed, decellularized skin of Atlantic cod (*Gadus morhua*) sustainably harvested from Arctic waters. Classified as a biologic/tissue-based medical device (cell and/or tissue-based wound care product, CTP), the graft preserves naturally occurring structural components such as lipids (including omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids), proteins, elastin, and glycans. The product acts as a biological scaffold that promotes wound tissue regeneration by accelerating granulation, providing anti-inflammatory effects, and offering analgesic properties. It is indicated for the management of various partial- and full-thickness wounds, including chronic diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, burns, and surgical wounds.
