Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IntoCell DLL3 ADC is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed to target delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), a protein that is highly expressed in neuroendocrine-derived tumors, such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC), while having minimal expression in normal tissues. The therapeutic utilizes IntoCell's proprietary Ortho-Hydroxy PAS (OHPAS) linker technology to conjugate a cytotoxic payload to a DLL3-specific monoclonal antibody. This platform is engineered to maintain high stability in systemic circulation and ensure the efficient, site-specific release of the payload upon internalization into the target cancer cell. By delivering a potent cytotoxin directly to DLL3-expressing cells, the drug aims to maximize anti-tumor activity while reducing off-target toxicity associated with conventional chemotherapy.
