Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IntoCell's HER3 ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently in the lead evaluation stage of preclinical development for the treatment of solid cancers. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 3 (HER3), a member of the ErbB family of receptor tyrosine kinases that is frequently overexpressed in various malignancies, including breast, lung, and colorectal cancers. The ADC utilizes IntoCell's proprietary platform technology, which likely incorporates their OHPAS (Orthogonal Hydroxy-Protected Azido-Self-immolative) linker technology. This platform is engineered to enhance the stability of the conjugate in circulation and ensure the selective release of a cytotoxic payload upon internalization into HER3-expressing tumor cells, thereby maximizing anti-tumor activity while minimizing systemic toxicity.
