It specifically includes intravenous paracetamol for analgesia, dexamethasone and ondansetron for antiemetic prophylaxis in high-risk patients, teicoplanin and gentamicin for infection prevention, and tranexamic acid to reduce blood loss. This standardized protocol ensured consistent baseline care across both the femoral nerve block and local infiltration analgesia study arms.
