This approach aims to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment in diseases such as advanced **oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma**. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials as a monotherapy and in combination with the PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor tislelizumab to assess safety, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity.
