Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection is a plasma-derived biologic developed by Wuhan Zhong Yuan Rui De Biological Products, a subsidiary of Beijing Tiantan Biological Products. It consists of pooled human immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies purified from healthy donor plasma and formulated at pH 4.0 to maintain stability and prevent protein aggregation. The product is indicated for replacement therapy in patients with primary or secondary immunodeficiency syndromes and for immunomodulation in various immune-mediated diseases, such as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and Kawasaki disease. It provides passive immunity by supplying a broad spectrum of antibodies and modulates the recipient's immune response through mechanisms including Fc receptor interaction and complement system regulation.
