Overview

INV-141 is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical developed by InVasc Therapeutics for treating chronic kidney disease (CKD), particularly in patients with hypertension and diabetes. It is a sister compound to INV-144, which combines an antioxidant (such as alpha-lipoic acid) with losartan, and demonstrated statistical significance in reducing proteinuria in human clinical trials for the same patient population. Limited public data exists on its exact mechanism, active ingredients, or current development status, but it targets renal protection in diabetic nephropathy.
