INV-71 is an oral small molecule agonist of the nuclear receptor Retinoic acid receptor-related Orphan Receptor Gamma (RORγ). Developed by Innovimmune Biotherapeutics, it selectively activates RORγ, a master regulator of immune function that drives T helper 17 (Th17) and cytotoxic Tc17 T cell activation. By modulating RORγ, INV-71 aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity through multiple mechanisms, including amplification of the Th17 pathway and synergy with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in mouse models as both a single agent and in combination therapies for solid tumors. The drug is currently in preclinical development for various neoplasm (cancer) indications[1][2].
