Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INV321 is a preclinical-stage multispecific antibody developed by Invenra using its proprietary SNIPER platform. It is designed to target and modulate or deplete regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-tumor immunity. By selectively addressing Tregs, INV321 aims to overcome immune suppression and improve outcomes in solid tumors, including melanoma, head and neck cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
