Overview

INV322 is a bispecific antibody developed by Invenra using its proprietary B-Body™ platform and SNIPER™ (Specific Native Immunotherapy by Engineered Receptor-targeting) technology. It is designed as a conditional OX40 (CD134) agonist that targets both OX40 on T cells and Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP) on tumor-associated fibroblasts. Unlike traditional OX40 agonists that can cause systemic immune-related adverse events, INV322 requires the presence of FAP to facilitate the clustering of OX40 receptors, which is necessary for potent agonistic signaling. This mechanism restricts immune activation to the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing the therapeutic index. INV322 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
