Overview

INV34-6 is a bispecific antibody targeting disialoganglioside 2 (GD2) and B7-H3 (CD276), developed by Invenra. It is designed to improve the tumor selectivity of GD2-targeted therapies, which are clinically limited by severe neuropathic pain caused by GD2 expression on peripheral nerves. INV34-6 employs an avidity-driven binding mechanism that favors cells expressing both antigens, thereby reducing off-tumor binding to normal nerve tissues. Preclinical evaluations, including Zr-89 PET imaging in murine models, have shown that INV34-6 achieves high tumor uptake and superior selectivity compared to conventional anti-GD2 antibodies like dinutuximab.
