Overview

INV461 is an autologous tri-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by invIOs for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other hematologic malignancies. The therapy is engineered to express CARs that recognize three distinct leukemia-associated antigens simultaneously. This tri-specific approach is designed to enhance tumor cell recognition and minimize the risk of immune escape through antigen loss or heterogeneity, which are significant challenges in treating AML. By targeting multiple antigens, INV461 aims to provide a more robust and durable therapeutic effect compared to conventional single-target CAR-T therapies.
