INV724 is a novel bispecific antibody developed by Invenra using its proprietary B-Body Bispecific Platform, in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center. The antibody simultaneously targets Disialoganglioside GD2 and B7-H3 (CD276) tumor antigens, demonstrating high specificity for neuroblastoma cells. It is engineered to mitigate the severe pain often associated with GD2-targeted therapies by sparing nerve binding while maintaining strong anti-tumor activity. Preclinical studies have shown promising therapeutic potential and robust developability. INV724 has received both Rare Pediatric Disease Designation and Orphan Drug Designation from the US FDA for the treatment of neuroblastoma[1][2][5][6].
