Investigational Combination Product

The Investigational Combination Product, developed by MGAM LLC, is a novel cell-based and small molecule combination therapy designed to address white matter injury in patients with periventricular leukomalacia (PVL). This investigational therapy combines a proprietary, human-derived neural progenitor cell component with a unique blend of small molecules and an enzyme. The multi-pronged biological intervention aims to promote neural regeneration and functional recovery by providing a source for cellular regeneration, supporting the survival of existing cells, enhancing the potential for myelin repair, and modifying the inhibitory environment of glial scar tissue. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 study for its safety and preliminary efficacy in PVL.
