Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SET Technology is developing **INVIVO mAb anti-CTLA4 (Human)**, a DNA-encoded, in vivo-expressed monoclonal antibody designed to target the immune checkpoint Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4). Unlike traditional monoclonal antibodies that are produced in bioreactors and administered as proteins, this platform delivers DNA instructions to the patient's own cells, which then produce and secrete the anti-CTLA-4 antibody internally. This approach aims to provide sustained immune checkpoint blockade and potentially improve the therapeutic profile for patients with solid tumors. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
