IOA-244 + pemetrexed + cisplatin + avelumab

IOA-244 + pemetrexed + cisplatin + avelumab is an investigational multi-agent combination regimen used in clinical trials for the treatment of solid tumors. IOA-244 is a first-in-class, non–ATP-competitive, highly selective phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ) inhibitor with direct antitumor activity and immune-modulatory effects[1][5].
