Overview

Nasapaque (iodixanol nasal solution) is a nasal spray developed for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Clinical trials have shown that it reduces allergic rhinoconjunctivitis signs and symptoms. In studies using the Allergen BioCube, Nasapaque demonstrated efficacy for relief of several nasal and ocular allergic rhinitis symptoms, with onset of action as early as 15-20 minutes after treatment and lasting up to 4 hours. The drug was initially developed by OraPharma, Inc. and later continued by 3E Therapeutics Corporation.
