Overview

IOMX-0675 is a fully human, cross-specific, high-affinity ligand-blocking monoclonal antibody that simultaneously neutralizes both LILRB1 and LILRB2, two key immunosuppressive receptors of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LILR) family. It is designed to spare closely related immune-activating family members LILRA1 and LILRA3. By blocking these targets on myeloid and lymphoid cells, IOMX-0675 reprograms the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, restores cytotoxic T cell activity, promotes pro-inflammatory macrophage function, and enhances anti-tumor immunity. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its superior efficacy in repolarizing myeloid cells and activating T cells compared to other clinical competitors targeting this pathway. The drug is being developed for use in solid tumors resistant to current therapies[1][2][3][4][5][6][8].
