Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IONC201 is a systemically delivered, tumor-targeted nucleic acid-based immune modulator developed by iOncologi. It utilizes a proprietary, chemically defined synthetic nanoplex platform designed for receptor-targeted RNA delivery, offering modularity and low immunogenicity. The therapy is engineered to target tumors expressing Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) or Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA). Once delivered to the tumor microenvironment, the payload is designed to dismantle immune suppression and reprogram local immune activity, thereby sensitizing the tumor to immune checkpoint inhibitors. IONC201 is currently in IND-enabling studies for the treatment of EGFR+ solid tumors and PSMA+ tumors.
