Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Iparomlimab + tuvonralimab** is a fixed-ratio PD-1/CTLA-4 dual immune-checkpoint antibody product developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical and marketed in China as **Qibian**. The product contains iparomlimab, an anti-PD-1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody, and tuvonralimab, an anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody, formulated at a 2:1 ratio. Simultaneous PD-1 and CTLA-4 blockade enhances antitumor T-cell immunity; the CTLA-4 component was engineered for a shorter elimination half-life to reduce sustained CTLA-4 exposure and potentially improve tolerability relative to conventional dual-checkpoint regimens. It received conditional approval in China for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer progressing after platinum-based chemotherapy and is being studied in several solid tumors, including gastric and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
