QL1706 + cisplatin + paclitaxel is an investigational chemo-immunotherapy combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of cervical cancer. QL1706 (also known as iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) is a novel bifunctional 'Mabpair' biologic product consisting of a mixture of an anti-PD-1 IgG4 antibody and an anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 antibody, both produced from a single cell line. This regimen combines dual immune checkpoint inhibition with standard cytotoxic chemotherapy agents: cisplatin, a platinum-based DNA alkylator, and paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing taxane. It is primarily being studied as a neoadjuvant therapy for patients with early-stage (FIGO 2018 stage IB1–IB3) cervical cancer to improve pathological complete response rates prior to surgery, and as a first-line treatment for recurrent or metastatic disease.
