Aipaluoli-tovorilimab + AC-T chemotherapy is a combination treatment regimen consisting of the dual immune checkpoint inhibitor QL1706 (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) and the standard AC-T chemotherapy regimen (anthracycline/cyclophosphamide followed by a taxane). QL1706, developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, is a bifunctional biologic composed of two engineered monoclonal antibodies: iparomlimab (an anti-PD-1 IgG4) and tuvonralimab (an anti-CTLA-4 IgG1), combined in a fixed ratio. This combination is being investigated as a postoperative adjuvant therapy for patients with high-risk, lymph node-positive triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The regimen aims to leverage the cytotoxic effects of chemotherapy—which can induce immunogenic cell death and release tumor antigens—alongside dual-pathway immune checkpoint blockade to enhance the anti-tumor immune response and improve disease-free survival.
