Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QL1706 + nab-paclitaxel + bevacizumab (also known as iparomlimab and tuvonralimab + nab-paclitaxel + bevacizumab) is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of various solid tumors, including recurrent or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen combines QL1706 (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab)—a first-in-class bifunctional MabPair product containing a mixture of anti-PD-1 IgG4 (iparomlimab) and anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 (tuvonralimab) monoclonal antibodies produced in a single cell line—with nab-paclitaxel (nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel, a microtubule inhibitor) and bevacizumab (an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody that inhibits angiogenesis). By simultaneously targeting the PD-1 and CTLA-4 immune checkpoints, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, and delivering cytotoxic chemotherapy, the combination aims to achieve synergistic antitumor activity.
