Overview

IPB 107 is a targeted protein degrader (TPD) being developed by Interplay Bio for the treatment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). It is designed to induce the degradation of an undisclosed m6A reader protein (referred to as Protein X) that is overexpressed in certain cancers. By degrading this m6A reader, IPB 107 modulates the expression of multiple cancer-related genes, potentially inhibiting tumor growth and progression. The drug is currently in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development, leveraging the company's platform to target epitranscriptomic regulators.
