Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IPH 24 is a preclinical monoclonal antibody program originated at Innate Pharma and partnered with Novo Nordisk for the treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. It targets innate immune pathways, consistent with Innate Pharma’s portfolio of first-in-class antibodies directed against receptors controlling activation of innate immune cells such as natural killer (NK) cells, although the precise antigen and detailed mechanism of action for IPH 24 have not been publicly disclosed. The project has been described as being in preclinical validation and covered by a collaboration in which Novo Nordisk holds development rights and Innate Pharma is eligible for milestones and royalties.[2]
