A three-drug combination of monoclonal antibodies: IPH5201 (an anti-CD39 blocking antibody), durvalumab (an anti-PD-L1 antibody, brand name Imfinzi), and oleclumab (an anti-CD73 antibody, code name MEDI9447). This combination is being investigated for cancer immunotherapy, particularly in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Each target (CD39, PD-L1, CD73) is implicated in immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment. Inhibition of these targets aims to promote anti-tumor immunity by preventing adenosine production (via CD39 and CD73) and releasing the PD-L1/PD-1 checkpoint brake on T cells (via PD-L1)[1][4][6].
